SportsXhub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Filing a Notice

If you believe that any material on this site infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a notification of claimed infringement with us. Your notification must include the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Contact information including address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe content removed under this policy was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include the items required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

3. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, SportsXhub will terminate the access of repeat infringers to the site.
